A message of thanks from ETI Owner/President, Shelly Cole, CSTP:
With the arrival of November also comes a time for reflecting upon what we’re truly grateful for throughout the year. This year, much like many before, I’m deeply thankful for ETI’s team, partners, and clients who make what we do possible each and every day.
When trying to fully encapsulate my gratitude, several words come to mind:
Dedication and Reliability: The team at ETI are relentlessly dedicated to ensuring our clients have exactly the kind of travel experience they’ve dreamed about. If something is supposed to get done, you can ensure we figure out how to make it happen!
Team Players: Collaboration is key, and nobody does it better than this team—working together with each other and our industry partners to bring unforgettable trips to life for our clients and their students.
Positivity, Kindness, and Compassion: When the unexpected happens, you can always count on ETI’s staff to always have a sunny disposition through it all and extend empathy when those bad days happen.
Hard Work and Leadership: Bringing student travel dreams to life doesn’t happen overnight. ETI’s team and industry partners know how to put in the work to not just provide any trip, but one that is truly memorable and accomplishes all our client’s goals. Within our day-to-day work and the greater student travel industry, our team embodies the leadership necessary and all the lessons learned over ETI’s 30-plus years in business.
Creativity, Flexibility, and Enthusiasm: Never boring or cookie cutter, our trips are always creatively and uniquely curated, all with our clients’ goals and dreams in mind. Our passionate team goes above and beyond each and every day to make seemingly impossible trip components come to life!
Loyalty: Whether it’s our long-standing relationships with industry partners, returning clients, or team members who’ve grown with ETI over the years, the level of loyalty I’ve seen and experienced cannot be overstated!
Ultimately, I couldn’t be more thankful to lead such a stellar team. From all of us here at ETI, we hope you have a restful holiday full of joy, reflection, gratitude, and peace. We couldn’t be more thankful for you for trusting us with your student travel adventures year after year!
