Groups that have arranged for individuals to make their payments directly to Educational Tours, Inc. can make their payments through one of two secure payment platforms, as assigned by your trip.

First time Users will need to obtain a link to their trip from their group leader. After you register, you can simply log in to view your account or make a payment. Use the buttons below to access your designated payment portal.

Your information is only used to apply a payment to your trip. We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. We only collect information related to your trip purchase. This includes your billing address, email address, and credit card information.

Full Trip Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION	TERMS
Prior to 120 days from Departure	GROUP PAY (Individual pays school/group leader(s)): Full Refund LESS non-refundable deposits/payments made prior to cancellation deadlines and less a 2% convenience on all credit card/ACH payments. INDIVIDUAL PAY (Individual pays ETI): Full Refund LESS non-refundable deposits/payments made prior to cancellation deadlines and 2% convenience fee of all funds collected. DAY TRIP: Full Refund LESS any non-refundable deposits/payments made prior to cancellation deadlines.
91 to 120 days from Departure	GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL PAY: Full Refund LESS non-refundable deposits/payments made prior to cancellation deadlines, and less a 2% convenience fee on all credit card/ACH payments, and less a 5% service fee (or minimum of $1,000) on original contract price. DAY TRIP: Full Refund LESS any non-refundable deposits/payments made prior to cancellation deadlines AND less a 2% convience fee of all funds collected, and less a 5% service fee (or minimum of $1,000) on original contract price.
51 to 90 days from Departure	GROUP PAY (Individual pays school/group leader(s)): Full Refund LESS non-refundable deposits/payments made prior to cancellation deadlines, and less a 2% convenience fee on all credit card/ACH, less a 10% service fee (or minimum of $2,000) on original contract price. INDVIDUAL PAY (Individual pays ETI): Full Refund LESS non-refundable deposits/payments made prior to cancellation deadlines, and less a 2% convenience fee on all funds collected, less a 10% service fee (or minimum of $2,000) on original contract price.
31 to 50 days from Departure	DAY TRIP: Full Refund LESS any non-refundables AND less a 10% service fee.
31 to 50 days from Departure	GROUP PAY (Individual pays school/group leader(s)): Must be paid in full due to ETI vendor contact prepayment policies. If you are entitled to a refund (recoupable expenses less a 2% convenience fee on all credit card/ACH payments, and less a 15% service fee on orginal contract price - $5,000 minimum), you may request this after all trips have been audited in the summer. INDIVIDUAL PAY (Individual pays ETI): Must be paid in full due to ETI vendor contact prepayment policies. If you are entitled to a refund (recoupable expenses less a 2% convenience fee of funds collected, and less a 15% service fee on orginal contract price - $5,000 minimum), you may request this after all trips have been audited in the summer.
30 or fewer days from Departure	FORFEITS ALL MONIES PAID.

If you reschedule your cancelled trip to the next school year, there will be no cancellation fees other than non-refundable expenses. If individuals drop from the rescheduled trip, they will have the same cancellation fees as above. (ETI will work with HS Seniors to lessen fees.)
